Title Refers to a third party that has the ability to draw upon funds deposited in a bank. For example, XYZ Foreign Bank has a correspondent account at your bank. XYZ allows some of its customers to draw directly upon the funds deposited at your bank, using their correspondent account as a conduit. These are sub-accounts, and are referred to in the USA PATRIOT Act as 'payable through accounts' (Section 311). (used 0 times in citations and controls)
