Configurable Item Enable this policy setting to disable the site management settings for security zones. (To see the site management settings for security zones, open Internet Explorer, select Tools and then Internet Options, click the Security tab, and then click Sites.) If this policy setting is disabled or not configured, users will be able to add or remove Web sites in the Trusted Sites and Restricted Sites zones, as well as alter settings in the Local Intranet zone. Note: If you enable the Disable the Security page setting (located in \User Configuration\ Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Internet Control Panel), the Security tab is removed from the interface and the Disable setting takes precedence over this Security Zones: setting.
